I’m Shahzad Ali, a Cisco product-management leader working at the intersection of AgenticOps, AI-assisted network operations, cloud-managed switching, and customer-centered technical strategy.
I turn difficult operator and customer problems into clear product direction, reusable technical patterns, and practical automation. My work combines product judgment with hands-on architecture across networking, security, AI agents, retrieval, and infrastructure-as-code.
What I Do
I help teams make complex infrastructure more understandable, secure, and operable. My current focus includes:

- AI-assisted network operations, RAG, and human-in-the-loop agents
- Cisco campus switching, Catalyst Center, Meraki, and migration strategy
- Multi-cloud network architecture and secure automation
- Zero Trust, privileged access management, and non-human identity security
- Technical enablement that turns architecture into repeatable execution
